Vintage Railroadiana: Penn Central Brake and Train Air Signal Instructions

Description

The Penn Central Brake and Air Signal Instructions Manual EC-99 was printed in March of 1969. This is a 68 page manual that was never issued to anyone. The covers are perfect, the pages are stiff and crisp and the text and illustrations are perfect. The only flaw i could find was the number 2 written on the first page where the employee was suppose to write in his name and job description once the manual was issued to him.
