Description

I’ve had these beautiful trousers for about 10 years now but have worn them only a few times. Sadly, they no longer fit! Label on the inside back reads “Richard Macintosh” and has the name of the customer (it’s faded, but I think her name was Mrs. Palmer Bery) and the date of construction (4/4/64). Pants have pockets, belt loops and a hook closure. The material appears to be a thinner wool, is unlined, and doesn’t have any stretch to it.
Waist: 34 inches
Hips: 42 inches
Inseam: 26 inches
Rise: 14 inches
There are what look like two pin holes on each leg right about at the knee (pictured in the last two photos). The holes are roughly about a millimeter across. They don’t detract from the beauty of the pants, but you can see through them if you look closely enough. The inner band is a teensy bit faded, but not anywhere where it will be seen from the outside. These are beautiful!
