Presented for your consideration is this interesting identification & price guide book for American Dinnerware. It is titled, The Collector's Encyclopedia of American Dinnerware, and was written by Jo Cunningham. It was published by Collector Books in 1992. The 335 book is printed in full color and pictures a wide variety of dinnerware made by a variety of manufacturers. Pictured are plates, cups, sugar & creamers, bowls, covered dishes, and children's dishes. Some of the categories in the book are: advertising, California, Coors, Crooksville, Hall, Jackson, Homer Laughlin, Paden City, Salem, and Universal. Each of the items is pictured as a group and is identified on the opposite page. In the back of the book is a price guide that correlates to the photos. Each section also has a short history of the highlighted company and a hallmark guide to that company. The book is complete and the pages are free of damage. Finished with a hardcover. Binding is in very good condition. This book is a must have for any china/pottery collector!
