Antique ART DECO Celluloid BOOK Hinged Presentation RING BOX

Charming antique celluloid hinged Ring presentation box in
pearl celluloid , circa 1920s.
Great Art Deco design. in the shape of a book with an ornate impressed design that includes leaves and flowers inset with gold leaf.  The center features a cartouche for date or initial/s.
Interior is excellent and lined with cream silk. This will work for a thinner shank band ring; most likely for a wedding ring in the style of that period.
Measures appx. 1.5" x 1.25" x 5/8"
Appears to be in excellent vintage condition, free from chips and cracks and has a heavy hinge which works perfectly.
